States Postal department at the time of his retirement. He was born and raised on a farm and operated a dairy farm for 30 years. Mr. MacMillen was a committeeman in the Town of New Scotland for many years. He was a member of the Rural Mail Carriers association, a member of the Agricultural Extension Service, an honorary member of the New Salem Fire department and also past member of the Red Men's organization. Husband of Dorothy Crawford MacMillen; father of Earl F. and Wilkins H. MacMillen; also survived by five grandchildren and several, nieces, and nephews.
