EAST BERNE -- Millie A. Crawford, 92, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2005. Mrs. Crawford was born in Clarksville, the daughter of the late Sanford and Ollie McNab. She was a resident of East Berne for 50 years. Millie was a member of Thompson's Lake Reformed Church, and the Hilltown Sr. Citizens where she was an avid quilter and card player.
She is survived by her daughter, Charlotte Jones of Berne; two sons, Kenneth C. Crawford of E. Berne and Ernest R. Crawford of Westerlo; 18 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Clyde; a son, Howard Crawford; her brother, Edward McNab and her sister, Ollie VanHoesen.
The family would like to thank the staff of Our Lady of Mercy Life Center for their professional and compassionate care of Millie.
A funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Fredendall Funeral Home, Altamont. There will be no calling hours. Burial will be in Onesquethaw Cemetery, Clarksville, N.Y.
