HUNTINGTON – O'Retta Jean Conway "Susie", 69, died at 5 a.m. Thursday, August 23, 2012 at her residence. She was born in Hartford City on January 17, 1943 to Mary Ellen (Schache) Seavers. Susie had grew up in Hartford City and moved to Marion for most of her adult life. She had moved in Huntington to be closer to her daughter and family. She graduated from Hartford City High School in 1961. She retired from GenCorp in Marion on July 1, 2001 after 38 years of service. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, her computer and music. Susie will be sadly missed by her daughter, Jo Ellen (husband, Tim S.) Dash of Huntington; granddaughter, Chaylee M. Conway-Anderson (husband, Matt) of Huntington; brothers, John Conway "Jack" of Muncie; Rodney Conway of Lenoir, North Carolina; Eric (wife, Mary G.) Seavers of Eaton; Mark Seavers of Huntington; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ellen Seavers and step-father, Gail V. Seavers. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, August 27, 2012 at Keplinger Funeral Home, 509 N. High St. Hartford City, IN with Rev. Tim Glidden officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory in Muncie. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, August 26, 2012 and from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, August 27, 2012 at Keplinger Funeral Home.
