Mrs. Helene P. Brand of Livingston Street died in Kingston Monday. Mrs. Brand was born in Kingston, a daughter of the late William L. and Anna Schleede Peters and has resided in Kingston all her life. She was a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid Society of the church.
Surviving are her husband, J. Charles Brand; two sisters, Mrs. George (Dorothy) Studt, Kingston; Mrs. William (Christine) Lyke, Stone Ridge; and a brother, Frederick W. Peters, Kingston. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held from the Jenson and Deegan Funeral Home, Inc. 15 Downs Street, Thursday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Gary Mehl, pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will be in Montrepose Cemetery.
