Also I think she died in 1879, Jacob was a widower in 1880 census taken June 4th, Lucy was 8mo old b. Oct 1879, so Amanda was alive in fall of 1879, she may have died from complications of child birth, just a guess
or
Children born after 1879 were suppose to be hers so I am wondering if they were living apart for some reason, Sarah was not with her father or the last 2 daughters born. I am researching more about this.
