MAZIE J. MYERS , 87, of Auburn, died Monday, March 28, 2005, in her home. She was the daughter of John B. and Cora Mary (Gramling) Brown. She was a cook for St. Joe Conservation Club for 17 years, and was a waitress for the 69 Restraraunt in Ashley, for ten years. She was married to her first husband, Hugh E. Myers , July 15, 1934, and her second husband, Roger S. Thomson, May 13, 1997. Survived by her son, Ethan E. (Theresa) A. Myers of Waterloo; daughter, Nila J. (Larry) Clear of Waterloo; daughter-in-law, Nancy R. Fike of Angola; sister-in-law, B. Almeda Brown of Auburn; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Oct. 5, 1992, second husband, Jan. 9, 2002; son, Darrel G. Myers ; brother, Cecil Brown; and her parents. Service is 11 a.m. Thursday at Feller Funeral Home, Waterloo. Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial at Waterloo Cemetery, Waterloo. Memorials to Auburn Church of Christ or Dekalb County Hospice.
