Elizabeth "Betsy" Wagaman, daughter of William Wagaman, was born in the early 1790's in Bedford Co., Pennsylvania where her father paid taxes in 1790. In 1811 a patent for 160 acres in what is now Perry Township, Montgomery Co., Ohio, was granted to William Waggaman of Pennsylvania. In 1814 Elizabeth Waggman and John Kinsey were married in Montgomery Co. by James Bounel, a Justice of the Peace.
She died around 1844 and was likely buried in the Kinsey - Wolf Cemetery. Her father died in Elkhart Co., Indiana and his grave has not been located. Her husband John Kinsey remarried on 29 April 1845 to Anna Broadstone, nee Kaufman, widow of Christian Broadstone.
