Luther Carroll, 78, of Speedwell, died Friday night at the LaFollette Community Hospital.
He was a member of Speedwell Academy Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Maggie Carroll; his daughter, Mrs. Otis Ausmus of Akron, Ohio; his granddaughter, Mrs. Judy Berder of Akron, Ohio; his sister, Mrs. Hubert Clawson of Speedwell; his brother, Hobart Carroll of Newport, Mich.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Walters Chapel by the Rev. Hershell Brown. Walters Funeral Home, LaFollette, was in charge of arrangements.
