Edward married Rose Rick on 3 Oct. 1911 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. They had two children: Edward and Dolores and 6 grandchildren. Edward was an assistant general passenger agent for the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad in Minneapolis. After retiring from the railroad he was an assistant purser aboard the SS South American, a cruise ship on the Great Lakes.
