Roger Brockmann, 54, passed away from congestive heart failure, following a long and courageous battle with heart disease.

He lived in West Point, Nebraska and was a farmer. He was a good man with a beautiful and warm heart. He had several children and adopted children.

He was survived by his wife and several children; his mother, Beata Brockmann of West Point, Nebraska; two sisters, Janet Brockmann and Charlene Grovijohn.

His father preceded him in death. His brother, Robert Brockmann, passed away in 2002. Robert's listing is here.

He was my uncle (my father's brother) and I'd only met him twice in my life, but those times are special to me as I'd never met my father. And I'm so thankful that he traveled to St. Joseph to see me before he passed away. I'll always cherish my memories of him.
