Jordan J. LaFond, 34 day old son of Michael and Brandi (Legleiter) LaFond died Monday, November 21, 2011 at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Jordan was born October 18, 2011 at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia to Michael and Brandi (Legleiter) LaFond.
Survivors include his parents of the home in Hays; a brother, Caleb, age 3, of the home in Hays; maternal grandparents, Mike and Sharolyn Legleiter of Hays; paternal grandparents, Tammi LaFond of Elkhart, Ks. and Ron LaFond of Elkhart, Kansas; great grandparents, Carl and Velma Legleiter of McCracken, Ks., Wiley Osborn of Elkhart, Ks., Charlene Koksal of Blackwell, Okla. and Myrtle LaFond of Elkhart, Ks.
Services will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, December 1, 2011, at the Celebration Community Church. Burial will be in the Mt. Allen Cemetery in Hays. Hays Memorial Chapel Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
