Mrs. Dubuque, born in Port Henry, was the daughter of the late Louis and Cecilia Sharland.
She was a resident of Plattsburgh most of her life.
Surviving are her sons, Albert and Walter of Plattsburgh and Arthur of Redford, Ore.; four daughters, Mrs. Ida Vidock, Plattsburgh, Mrs. Dorothy Houston, Sadieville, Ky., Mrs. Margaret Moran, Long Island and Mrs. Hazel Webber, Oakland, Calif.
Also surviving are a brother, Charles Sharland, New York; and a sister, Mrs. Rose Fayette, Plattsburgh; 21 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The body is at Brown's Funeral Home where friends may call between 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be sung at Our Lady of Victory Church Thursday, at 9 a.m. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery.
Members of the Edward & Moses Wells Auxiliary 125, Veterans of Foreign Wars, will meet at 7:30 p.m. at Brown's Funeral Parlors to recite prayers for Mrs. Belle Dubuque.

Daughter of Louis and Celia Jette/Stay. She married for the second time to Arthur Dubuque. He is buried next to Belle's father in St. Peter's Cemetery.
She and Arthur had Walter, Ida, Dorothy, Margaret, Rita and Esther Alena, Albert, Arthur.
There are two Rickert children from her first marriage.
Belle had many siblings who are mentioned on her father's page.
