FUNERAL TO-DAY
Of Mrs. Joseph Endicott From Late Residence on the Hill. Burial in Lick Creek Cemetery.
The funeral of Mrs. Joseph Endicott took place at the late residence, on West Hill, at ten o'clock, this morning, it was very largely attended and the many relatives and friends sought to give expression of their sympathy and sorrow by beautiful floral offerings, of which a rich profusion appeared. The services were conducted by Rev. W. F. Smith, who, in his sermon, spoke befittingly of the beautiful life of the deceased, and of the good which all might derive from examples such as hers.
The pall bearers were Garrett Gray, Eugene Turner, Edwin McIntosh, Thomas Baker, John Stoll and L.A. Frazee. Music was furnished by a quartette, consisting of Mrs. A.H. McFarlan. Mrs. Seymour Jackson, T.H. Stoops and C.E. Grubb.
Burial was made in the Lick Creek cemetery.
