Lewis was hitch-hiking his way back home from the navy to marry his Sweetheart, who was with child. Lewis never made it home because he was ran over by a drunk driver. He was only a nineteen year old kid who had a lifetime in front of him. All because someone decided to get behind the wheel of a car while intoxicated.
