Mrs. Anna C. Wolcott

Ray Center, March 24. - Mrs. Anna C. Wolcott, 80, widow of Frederick Wolcott, former proprietor of the Wolcott Mill, died Sunday night in her home here.

She had lived here 54 years. She is survived by 11 children.

Wolcott Funeral Held Tuesday — Funeral services were held Tuesday for Mrs. Anna C. Wolcott, 80, well known resident of near Ray Center, who died at her home Sunday morning after a long illness. Mrs. Wolcott, was the widow of the late Frederick B. Wolcott, who was for many years proprietor of Wolcott's Mill, one of the oldest landmarks of the Ray Center vicinity. The Wolcotts moved to Macomb County from Nebraska 54 years ago. Mr. Wolcott operated the mill from that time up to the time of his death 10 years ago. His sons now run the mill.
