Survived by wife, Lena Mae of the home; daughters, Sonia Hayes Miller and husband, Lee, of OKC, Patty Lewellen and husband, David, of OKC; son Kent Carter and wife, JoLanda of OKC; 4 grandchildren, Shawna and Tamara Hayes, Eric Miller, Tyler Lewellen; a brother, Murray Carter of Broken Arrow, OK.
Services Friday, Feb 24, 1:00 p.m., at the Grace Lutheran Church with interment at Resthaven Cemetery.
Under the direction of Resthaven Mortuary.
Note: Richard was the son of Forest Murray Carter and Eula Mae [née Roberts] Carter.
Grandson of Franklin Wilbur Carter and Flora Belle [née Evans] Carter.
