Newborn son of Elizabeth Margaret Neil nee Duffy and James Joseph Neil.
Born on June 28th 1956 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at St Mary's Hospital. He was born with the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck and chest. He lived 15 hours according to a deed at Hillside Cemetery but my father wrote in his Bible that Glenn lived for 11 hours. My father got to hold him but unfortunately, my mother did not.
