Mr. Lowe, 56, was the son of the late Harrell and Claudie Tedford Lowe. He was also preceded in death by a niece, Teresa Lowe, and a brother-in-law, Tommy Wolfe. He was a restoration house painter and a jewelry craftsman.
He will be remembered as a free and gentle spirit who befriended stray animals, and was a favorite of his nieces and nephews.
Survivors include two sisters, Carol Ann Griffin of Winona and Lynn Anderson of Petal; and two brothers, William Lowe of Sardis and David Lowe of Holcomb.
