Lewis Kern died last Saturday night at seven o'clock at his home 327 Chestnut Street following complication of diseases. He was in his eighty-fourth year.
He was born in Lehigh Gap, the son of Charles and wife, nee Peters Kern. He was a devout and faithful member of St. John's Reformed Church.
Interment was made in Union cemetery.
The floral tributes were numerous and handsome.
