WATERLOO — R DeVon Myers, 79, of Waterloo died Monday April 2, 2007 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
Mr Myers was a lifetime farmer in Grant Township and a former Grant Township trustee. He was a member of the Waterloo United Methodist Church and an avid fan of DeKalb High School sports.
He was born July 25, 1927 in DeKalb County to Chester A and Audra (Stahl) Myers. They preceded him in death. He also was preceded in death by a brother, the Rev William Myers.
He married Merriel Nodine on Aug 3, 1947 in the Waterloo EUB Church. She survives in Waterloo.
