Lester L "Les" Krouse, age 88 of Ocala, died September 9, 2012. He was born on October 29, 1923 in Dorchester, WI a son to the late Earl and Emma (Weitzman) Krouse. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a brother Hilmer Klouse and a sister Gladys Dembski. He was retired after 40 years from the Tampa Electric Co. where he worked as a supervising engineer. He was a veteran and servied in WWII in Iwo Jima and Okinawa and was a member of the Druid Hills United Methodist Church. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his loving wife of 66 years Alene, three daughters, Karen (Wayne) Hammar of New Hampshire, Colleen Norman of Gainesville, Kristine Kamleiter of Silver Springs, five grandchildren, Brian Hammar, Paul Kamleiter, Jason Hammar, James DeBary, Travis DeBary, and two great grandchildren, Gage and Zachary DeBary. A visitation has been scheduled for Thursday September 13, 2012 from 9:00am-10:00am with a service a 10:00am at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Memory Garden
