Emerson Dean Phillips Sr., 66, of Brooksville, died Sunday, Sept. 10, at Brooksville Regional Hospital. He was born in Middletown, Ohio, and moved to this area 40 years ago from New Paris, Ohio.
Mr. Phillips was a truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie; a son, Dean Phillips Jr. of Brooksville; a daughter, DeShannon Phillips of Fort Myers; his mother, Lillie Phillips of New Paris; a brother, Wesley Phillips of Scottsdale, Ariz.; a sister, Nancy Phillips of New Paris; and three grandchildren.
