A memorial service for D. Patricia DeBernardi of Southwest Portland will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Finley Sunset Hills Mortuary. Private burial will be in Sunset Hills Memorial Park.

She died of a stroke Wednesday in a Portland hospital. Mrs. DeBernardi was 63.

She was born Patricia Anderson on April 3, 1927, in Gold Beach but had lived in Portland since she was about 12. She was a graduate of Marylhurst College.

Mrs. DeBernardi worked in the banking industry for more than 20 years. At the time of her retirement in 1989, she was an assistant vice president at Security Pacific Bank. She was a member of Women in Banking and the Oregon Genealogical Society.

Survivors include her husband, Donn; daughter, Kathleen Back of Vancouver, Wash.; mother, Margaret Kerr, and sister, Martha Chrisman, both of San Diego; brothers, Don Anderson of Butte, Mont., and George Kerr of Medford; and four grandchildren.

The family suggests that remembrances be contributions to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Portland.
