Fae Powers, 85, of Milton, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2004, at the Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.

She was born April 17, 1919, in Preston, Idaho; a daughter of the late Perry Manford and Chloe Dixon Winger. She was a charter member and the oldest member of Bethel Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Annetta Powers.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Powers; three daughters, Blanche Frady of Hickory, N.C., Phyllis Harvey of Tifton, Ga., and Donetta Shirkey of Culloden; two sons, Carl Powers of Jacksonville, Fla., and Roy Powers Jr., of Nashville, Tenn.; one sister, Blanche Barrymore of Ketchum, Idaho; two brothers, Ancil Winger of Utah and Floyd Winger of Calif.; ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren
