Note: On 26 November 1975 Methodist - Episcopal Churchyard (Defunct) was sold to a real estate developer for conversion into residential properties.
In preparation of the pending sale, although Henry's remains were unrecoverable his headstone was transferred earlier that month on 6 November 1975 to a graveyard at Brookdale Reformed Church, located at 16 Bellevue Avenue in Bloomfield.
There Henry's headstone was laid upon an unoccupied plot along with the headstones and headstone fragments of twenty-two other individuals - which includes one unidentified headstone fragment - who were interred at Methodist - Episcopal Churchyard (Defunct).
This plot is located along the graveyard's west side, halfway along its length. It is indicated by a metal plaque bearing the words:
"HERE LIE THE FAITHFUL METHODISTS WHO FIRST BROUGHT JOHN WESLEY'S LIFE-TRANSFORMING MOVEMENT TO BLOOMFIELD IN 1821
Dedicated gratefully to their memory by Park United Methodist Church on its 175th Anniversary July 4, 1996"
Note: This memorial was originally created under the Memorial No. 96952312 on 12 September 2012 by Find a Grave member Your Sister in Christ - Dora (Carr) Mooring.
