Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church with theRev. Dr. Shawn Brewer officiating. Burial will be at Sipe Springs Cemetery. Arrangements by Edwards Funeral Home. He was born in Eastland County. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was Baptist. SURVIVORS: Wife, Bonnie Maynard of Sidney; sons, Royce Lee Maynard of Houston and Brian Wesley Maynard of Austin; brothers, Marvin PeeWee Maynard and Walter Maynard, both of Eastland, Eldon Maynard of Richardson, Gene Maynard of May and J.L. Maynard of Carbon; sister, Velma Carson of Sidney; three grand-children; and a great grandson.
