John Lynn Snider, 76, of Memphis, retired plant manager for Chicago Bridge & Iron, died Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at Saint Francis hospital. Graveside services Tuesday, October 26, 2004 at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Memorial Park Funeral home has charge. He was a Korean War Veteran. Mr. Snider, the widower of Bettie Sue Davison Snider, leaves three daughters, Anita Ozier of Somerville, and Margie Kjellin and Tracey Snider both of Memphis; and two sons, Michael Snider and Richard Snider both of Memphis; a sister, Lois Fetzer of San Diego; two brothers, Duane Snider and Jerry Snider, both of Salt Lake City, Utah, and seven grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society.
