Opal R. Kuhn, 91, passed away at 3:25 pm, Sunday, Feb. 20, 2005, at Cedar Hill Care Center.
Born June 2, 1913, in Zanesville, she attended the Worship Center and was formerly employed in the laundry department at Bethesda Hospital.
Surviving are sons, Ronald (Linda) Kuhn and Russell (Marilyn) Kuhn of Zanesville, and Larry Kuhn of Minerva City; daughters Kathy (Alan) Law and Rose Schmidt of Zanesville; a brother, Virgil Spinks of Zanesville, 32 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Terri Kuhn, a sister-in-law, Madeline Spinks, and several neices and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Walter Kuhn, who died Aug. 25, 1977; her parents, John and Florence Emily Vandegriff Spinks; sons, Billy, Wayne, Jerry, and Gene Kuhn; daughters, Phyllis Massey and Sharon Kuhn; a brother, Larry Spinks, a sister, Mary Poling; and two grandsons, Danny Spinks and Danny Kuhn.
