Frank Plank

Frank Plank, 83, 1321 S. Highland, died yesterday at 8 p.m. at Neosho Memorial Hospital.

He was born Oct. 25, 1877, at Sante Marie, Ill., and had lived in Chanute since 1925. He was a retired Sante Fe section foreman in 1907, he was married to Sadie Berger at Topeka. She died Aug 7, 1945. He was a vereran of the Spanish-American war, a 32nd degree mason, a member of the Scottish Rite, Sunflower Chapter of OES and the Odd Fellows.

Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Cinda Paterson, Borton, Ill, and Mrs. Alice Tyler, Paris, Ill; three nieces, Mrs. James Evans, 421 S. Ashby, Mrs. Edna Robbins, Rose and Mrs. Mary Russell, Dana, Ind, and one nephew, W. T. Cline, R. 1.

The funeral arrangements are incomplete. Johnson Mortuary is in charge.
