PLATTSBURGH - James A. Anderson, one month, died Thursday at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.

He was born May 7, 1981, the son of Ricky and Susan (Blake) Anderson.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Blake; his maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Ethel Martineau, all of Schuyler Falls: his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Adrian LaMar of Peru and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Anderson of Plattsburgh; his paternal great-grandmothers, Mrs. Beatrice Fayette of Peru and Mrs. Marie Anderson of Austin, Minn.; his step great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo LaMar of Peru; and many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Calling hours at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh will be held today from 7 to 9 p.m.

A funeral mass will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home chapel.

Burial will be in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Plattsburgh.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the Montreal Children's Hospital Intensive Care Nursery or the Heart Association.

This is my grandson's grave. He is the son of Ricky Allen and Susan Blake Anderson. James lived only 4 weeks. He was born with Down's Syndrome and a hole in his heart. He also had hepatitis. He died in my arms. The day he was buried he would have been a month old. On Fayette lot, Mt Carmel (St John's) Cemetery.
