McCORMACK, Jack (John) C.W.O. (Ret'd) Canadian Armed Forces 1934-2008 Peacefully at the Carleton Place Hospital on Tuesday, January 22, 2008, with his family by his side. Beloved husband and dearest friend of
Bobbie. Loving Dad and best friend of Jean Crowder, Skip (Judith), Marie
Martel (Dave Deacon), and Kevin (Suzy). Proud Pop to his grandchildren
Aaron (Katherine), Jenny (Tom), Jamie, Leah, and Jordan, and his
great-grandchildren Mackenzie, Logan, Jake and Benjamin. Dear brother of
Len (Joy). Jack will be missed by Gran Joan Sealey, many nieces and
nephews, relatives and friends. Jack will be remembered for his devotion
to his family and his commitment to the community. Funeral Service will
be held at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Almonte on Friday, January 25,
2008 at 11 a.m. Interment St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery in the spring. In
lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lanark, Leeds & Grenville
Chapter of the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Heart & Stroke
