Mrs. J.L. Clore, Rites Wednesday
Mrs. Annie Luvenia Clore, 78,died yesterday afternoon at her home at Dunavant, Spotsylvania County, after an illness of five weeks.
Mrs. Clore is survived by her husband, James Lee Clore, of Dunavant; two sons, Irvin C Clore, Sr , trial justice of Spotsylvania County, and Robert Lee Clore , of Alexandria; a daughter, Miss Louise E. Clore, of Dunavant; two brothers, James W Powell and E.C. Powell, of Washington, D.C, a sister, Miss Lucy Chandler Powell , also of Washington; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home at Dunavant, conducted by Rev. C.L. Stillwell, pastor of Spotsylvania Methodist Circuit. Pall bearers will be four grandsons, Elmer Lee Clore, Emmett Pratt Clore, Robert Gordon Clore, Garnett G Smith and two nephews, Alfred Powell and Jimmie Clore.
Interment will be in the family burying ground.
