Mr. Gibboney, a Des Moines resident the last 10 years, died Friday morning at Veterans Hospital. He had been ill six years.
Born in Des Moines,He had lived in Adel 20 years and was a television partsman. He was a member of St. Andrews Evangelical United Brethren Church.
Mr. Gibboney is survived by his wife,Kathleen; three daughters, Melinda,8,Cynthia,5, Suzanne,3; a son,Larry,9;two sisters,Mrs.Lenora Sitterly and Mrs. Viola Bandy, both of Perry; and his mother, Mrs. Golda Gibboney, also of Perry.
