John Adams of this city, 28 years old, died suddenly in Uniontown Christmas morning. Chronic heart trouble was the cause of his death. The body was prepared for burial and on its arrival in Connellsville was removed to the home of Peter Ranker in East Fairview avenue, a father-in-law, of the deceased. Requiem high mass was celebrated this morning at 9 o'clock from the Immaculate Conception Church by Rev. Father William Merz. Interment in St. Joseph's cemetery. Deceased was a son of M. J. Adams, deceased and Mrs. Emma Horn Adams of Somerset and had spent the greater part of his life in Connellsville. He married Miss Katherine Ranker and in addition to his widow is survived by three children; Vincent, Helen Mae and M. J. Adams, his mother, three brothers; T. A. Adams, M. J. Adams, and Roy Adams of Somerset; two sisters, Mrs. Vincent Callaghan of Lemont and Mrs. Edna Landis of Somerset.
