WAYLAND - Word has been received of the death of Beatrice M. (Betty) Eicher, 87, on Dec. 4, 1987, at Escondido, Calif.
Memorial services were held at McLeod Mortuary in Escondido. Committal services will be held at the Eicher Cemetery north of Noble, at a later date.
Mrs. Eicher was born at Mt. Union on Nov. 29, 1900. She was a teacher who taught at Prairie Gem, Keota, Wyman and Wayland.
Survivors include a son, Bruce of Massachusetts; and a daughter, Rosemary Taylor, 2415 Ashford Glen, Escondido, Calif., 92027. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
