Joshua M. Boy died at a St. Joseph hospital Wednesday at the age of 90. He suffered a lengthy illness. Mr. Boy's birthplace was Church Hill, Tenn. He had been a resident of St. Joseph the past eight years, and before that, had lived at Clarksdale. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Clarksdale United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Sallie Estella Boy, two daughters, Mrs. Herman Shepherd, St. Joseph, and Mrs. Rex Hout, Phoenix, Ariz., five sons, Paul and Kelsie, both of St. Joseph, Kenneth, Kansas City, Jewell, La Mesa, Cal., and Lloyd W., Phoenix, nine grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. John Creasy, Surgionsville, Tenn., and several nieces and nephews. Services were held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Clarksdale United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Ray E. Henderson. Burial was in the Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Joseph.
