GLORIA AGUIRRE, 62, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012, at her home. Born in Marks, Miss., she worked as an accounting clerk with White Electronic Designs Corporation for 21 years, but most recently was with Work One. She was a member of Queen of Angels Catholic Church, National Cancer Society and the Star Committee at White Electronic Designs. She enjoyed going to her grandchildren's school activities and spending the holidays as a family together. "She loved her family and cherished all her grandchildren." Surviving are her loving husband of 43 years, Luis Aguirre Sr. of Fort Wayne; sons, Gerardo Aguirre, Luis (Kristy) Aguirre Jr., Agustin (Melissa) Aguirre Sr., and Andres (Heather) Aguirre, all of Fort Wayne; daughter, Beatrice (Fidencio) Diaz of Fort Wayne; 19 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, John (Beatrice) Riojas of Portland and Jesse Riojas of Fort Wayne; and sisters, Mary (John) Ortiz of Ohio and Amelia Riojas of Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by parents Encarnacion and Angelita Riojas; sister, Mary Cruz; and great-grandson, Fidencio Xavier Diaz. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at Queen of Angels Catholic Church, with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, at Mungovan & Sons Memorial Chapel, 2114 S. Calhoun St., with a rosary service at 8:30 p.m. Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
