Otis Lee Warneke, 89, of Beavercreek, went to be with the Lord Friday, March 2, 2012.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Mertile Warneke; and sister, Hazel Bellew.

He is survived by
his loving wife of 64 years, Edna Warneke;
son and daughter in-law, Richard and Vickie Warneke; daughter and son in-law, Victoria and Fred Waldren;
four grandchildren, Michelle Waldren, Mindy Waldren, Amy (Curt) Hensley, Sarah Steele;
three great-grandchildren, Riley Hensley, Pierce Hensley, Kylie Steele;
numerous other relatives and friends.

Otis was a WWII U.S. Army veteran and retired after 40 years as an electrician from G.M. He was a member of the Blessed Hope Baptist Church, the VFW 8312, West Carrollton Lodge F&AM and the Antioch Shrine.

Funeral service at the Blessed Hope Baptist Church, 3151 Annabelle Drive, Kettering, with the Rev. H. C. O'Bryant officiating. Interment in Valley View Memorial Gardens.
