Mr. Goggin was born in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada on January 22, 1936, a son of the late Charles G. and Marion S. (Briggs) Goggin .
He was a resident of Derry for over 50 years, formerly of Nashua, NH. He was a member of the Derry-Salem Elks Lodge, enjoyed his yearly trips to Disney and horseback riding. He worked as a salesperson at Derry Auto Parts for over 40 years.
He is survived by three sisters, Joan Reynolds, Ann Robie and Dot Bickford, all of Derry, one brother, Tom Goggin of Derry, many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He was predeceased by his son George Goggin in 1992 and his longtime companion Peggy Odin in 2002.
