MISHAWAKA - Aloysius E, Rottensteiner, 68, OF 127 Lawndale Avenue, died early Saturday morning in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, after an illness. He was born Sept. 19, 1919 in Mishawaka and was a lifetime resident.

He retired from the Uniroyal plant in 1967 after 31 years of service. He later was employed for 10 years at South Bend Plastics.

On Feb. 25, 1943 in Alexandria, La. He married Bertha W. Bertrand, who survives, with a son, John A. of Mishawaka; two daughter, Drucilla Davis of South Bend and Denise Green of Walkerton; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister Ronnie M. Davis of Mishawaka.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p,m. today in Bubb Funeral Home, where services will be at 10 a.m. Mkonday. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. He was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church. He was a veteran of World War II.
