Albert Richard ''Brick'' Cowley, age 75, died January 4, 1991, in San Diego, California, of injuries suffered in an auto accident.

Born November 26, 1915, in Smithfield, Utah to Neils Richard and Myrtle Pauline Clark Cowley. Married Doris Meadows, July 9, 1948. She died March 29, 1973. Veteran World War II. Retired from Mountain Fuel.

Survived by three children, Vickie Oliver and husband, Jim, Cedar City; Lynn Groutage and husband, Craig, San Diego; Gary A., Auburn, Washington; six grandchildren; sister, Beverly Sudbury, Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by brother, LaMar and sister, Leola.

Funeral Services Thursday, 11 a.m., Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State, where friends may call Wednesday 6-8 p.m., and Thursday, one hour prior to service. Interment: Holladay Memorial Park.
