Ven. Sr. M. Gerald, 50, nee Mary Adams, died Friday afternoon at the Holy
Family Hospital Hospital at Manitowoc after an illness of three months.
Funeral services will be held at 8 a.m. Monday at the Holy Family Convent,
Rt. 1, Manitowoc.
Sister M. Gerald was born in the Town of Two Rivers on May 24, 1904, and
attended St. Luke Parochial Schol at Two Rivers. She entered the Holy Family
Convent on August 15, 1921, celebrating her silver jubilee in 1949.
She is survived by three sisters, Ven. Sr. M. Fides of the Holy Family
Convent, currently stationed at Escanaba, Mich., Mrs. Sophia Lutz of
Morinville, Alberta, Canada, and Mrs. Joseph Knaugh, Sr., of Two Rivers.
Friends may call at the Holy Family Convent from 2 p.m. Sunday where the
Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday.
