Troy Clinton Waugh, 85, of Mooresville, passed away on Thursday February 16, 2012 at his residence.
He was born on October 31, 1926 in Mooresville, to the late Horace Franklin and Neva Robinson Waugh. Mr. Waugh attended the Mooresville Church of God and was a member of the Tom Swann VFW Post 1072. He was a veteran serving in the US Navy during World War II and the Korean War. He retired after thirty years as a lathe operator at Southern Screw Company in Statesville, NC.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Hazel Allen and Geraldine Little; and brother, Lloyd Waugh.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Barbara Miller Waugh.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Cavin-Cook Chapel with Rev. John Miles and Rev. Donald Wise officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home.
