THEBES, IL. Mrs. Pinkney Allen, 67 years old of Thebes, died Monday at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
The former Miss Helen Mae Parmer was born May 3, 1911 at Wolf Lake.
Surviving are her husband; son, Thurman Allen, St. Louis; daughter, Miss Norman Jean Allen and Mrs. Mary Tuttle, both of Florissant, Miss Shirley Allen, Thebes, and Mrs. Myrna Story, St. Louis, and a brother, Floyd Parmer, Thebes.
The body is at the Farnsworth Funeral Home in Tamms, where friends may call after 5 Wednesday afternoon.
Service will be at 1 Thursday afternoon at the funeral home with the Rev. Ray Kirby officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery at Thebes.
