Mrs. Taylor, a homemaker, died Monday at Methodist Haywood Park General Hospital in Brownsville, TN. She had lived in the Brownsville Nursing Home for the past few years.
She was married to the late Robert Houston Taylor on January 12, 1921 in Jackson, TN. They had a daughter, Elsie Romayne Taylor Melton of Brownsville, who survives. Also surviving are three grandchildren; Harold Melton (Renee) of Jackson, TN; Barbara Melton Lewis (Joel) of Knoxville, TN; and Debbie Melton Houchens (Kenny) of Ripley, TN.
