Mrs Mossie Robinson Taylor, 65, of Steam Mill Ferry Road, died Monday at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital after a short illness.

Services will be at 3 PM Wednesday at Madison Baptist Church with Rev JT Drace and Rev Gary Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Springs Cemetery, near Mercer, with George A Smith & Sons in charge.

Mrs Taylor had been an employee of Oakley Fashions about 20 years. She was a member of Madison Baptist Church and Faithful Workers Sunday School Class.

She leaves her widower, William Luther Taylor of Jackson, whom she married on April 11, 1927 in Madison County, TN; a daughter, Mrs Albert Hall, Madison Hall Community; her stepmother, Mrs Ida Robinson of Uptonville; two brothers, Cecil Robinson of Jackson and Arthur Robinson of Uptonville. Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs Vera Upton of Uptonville, Mrs Mae Upton of Phoenix, AZ and Mrs Lila Charlesworth, Santa Clara, CA; and three grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Otha Lee Upton, Jr, Bobby Upton, Charles Upton, Bill Robinson, George Taylor and Larry Robinson.
