William H. O'Neal, 60 years and 4 months old, Of Mokane, Missouri died at 6:30pm on July 12, 1937 at Fulton State Hospital where he had been a patient for four months and 7 days.
Dr. F.A. Barnett, physician of the hospital, pronounced death caused by Broncho Pneumonia contributed by senility. Informant was obtained from Fulton State Hospital Records.
William was born February 28, 1871, in Callaway County, Missouri, the son of Samuel and Rachel A. (?) O'Neal. He was married twice, 2nd wife was Opal Addie (Young) O'Neal Hyre who and 1st wife, Mary Elizabeth (Stambaugh) O'Neal.
William was a farmer.
Arrangements were under the care of Leo Wallace Funer Home of Fulton. Burial was in Liberty Cemetery.
