Wilma Lucille was the oldest daughter of John and Della Elizabeth(Thompson)Neal.
She had an older brother, Ernest and a younger sister, Roxie, along with several half-siblings. Her brother Ernest died at the age of 2.
Upon the death of their parents, Lucille and Roxie were raised by their aunt, Rose Etta (Thompson) Pierce.
Lucille was the first wife of Harry Athel Snell,Jr (the couple divorced in 1957) and the mother of eight children - three of which died in infancy. She is buried beside her three infant children.
