Albert H Anderson lived in Martell, Wisconsin where he ran a hotel/boarding house. He married Bertha (Birgitta) Ruud, and his brother, Theodore, Married Bertha's sister, Henrietta. Albert and Bertha had two sons, Oscar (born about 1890) and Cecil (born July 4, 1894). Bertha died during childbirth in 1896 along with her twin babies. Albert later married Anna, a "spinster" schoolteacher who did not get along with his children. The boys went to live with relatives for most of their childhood, returning as teens to work with their father.
Albert died in 1951, and was survived by his wife, sons, and grandchildren.
