---Funeral services for Mrs. Christina Haffley Bealer were held yesterday at 1:30 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Levi Sheriff, Nottawa Lake and at 2:00 o'clock from the Fredonia Lutheran church and was largely attended. A profusion of beautiful flowers expressed the sympathy of the many relatives and friends. Rev. Chr. Heindreich officiated and Mrs. William Faust sang. Messrs. William Bealer, Charles Bealer, Fred Townsend, Levi Sheriff and William Vogt acted as pallbearers. Burial was given in the Fredonia Lutheran cemetery. Attending from out-of-town were Mr. and Mrs. George Hessley, Mrs. Henry Hessley of Chelsea, Mr. and Mrs. William Sanderson of White Cloud, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sheriff and children of Coldwater, Mr. and Mrs. William Yost, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bealer, Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Wagner, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Judy, all of Albion, and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Stevens and Mrs. Elsie Calkins of Battle Creek.

Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Hess and children attended the funeral services of an aunt of Mrs. Hess, Mrs. Christina Bealer, which was held Sunday afternoon from the Fredonia Lutheran Church.
